Assistant Secretary for Arms Control, Verification and Compliance, Frank A. Rose, will travel to Tokyo, Seoul, Abu Dhabi, Tel Aviv, and Jerusalem from October 25 to November 7 for meetings and to participate in events focused on international security, arms control, strategic stability, and space security.
From October 25-27, Assistant Secretary Rose will hold discussions with counterparts in Tokyo on a range of issues, including space security, arms control, and international security.
Assistant Secretary Rose will meet with Republic of Korea counterparts and U.S. Forces Korea (USFK), from October 28-29, in Seoul, to discuss arms control, international security, and strategic stability.
Assistant Secretary Rose will then travel to Abu Dhabi to lead the U.S. delegation to the 4th Plenary Meeting of the International Partnership for Nuclear Disarmament Verification (IPNDV) from November 1-3. On November 3, he will meet with counterparts in Abu Dhabi to discuss space security.
From November 5-7, Assistant Secretary Rose will travel to Tel Aviv and Jerusalem for site visits and meetings with Israeli officials on a range of international security and arms control issues.
