With the incorporation of decision-making tools, including Bayesian Analytics, the 8-vector Quad Chart becomes an analytic and decision-making tool that can help users to determine which processes, procedures, techniques, and technologies are most to least applicable in a given scenario for meeting their verification objectives. Leveraging the monitoring and inspection options already provided for by a nuclear disarmament agreement, it can be an effective tool for pre-planning inspection activities or for responding to unexpected developments once inspectors are in-country.
