This is a Phase III deliverable from the Concepts Working Group and Technology Track.
This report presents a general verification concept for the disposition of the special nuclear material components from nuclear warheads. Its primary focus is on perimeter monitoring and absence measurements of fissile material. This report also discusses suitable, proven monitoring procedures for closing any gaps that may be identified by these exercises.
